Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “Auto Message” on Android 10?


  1. Open “Security” on your device.
  2. Choose “Accelerator”.
  3. In the top-right corner, tap on “⚙” (“Gear”).
  4. Choose “Memory acceleration whitelist”.
  5. If “Auto Message” is in the list, there’s nothing left for you to do. Otherwise, proceed with the next step.
  6. At the bottom, tap on “Add to whitelist”.
  7. Choose “Auto Message” from the list of apps.
  8. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  9. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  10. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. Open “Security” on your device.
  2. Choose “Permissions”.
  3. Choose “Auto-launched apps”.
  4. Find “Auto Message” in the list of apps.
  5. Next to “Auto Message”, make sure that the switch is turned on, i.e. with its knob or handle at the right.
  6. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  7. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  8. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  3. Choose “Notifications” or “App notifications”.
  4. Find “Auto Message” in the list of apps.
  5. Next to “Auto Message”, make sure that there is a checkmark in the checkbox.
  6. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  7. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  8. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  4. Choose “Auto Message” from the list of apps.
  5. Below “Run in background”, make sure that it says “Allow running in background”.
  6. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  7. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  8. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  3. Next to “Low power mode” and “Super saving mode”, make sure that it says “Off” or “Disabled”.
  4. Choose “Standby management”.
  5. Find “Auto Message” in the list of apps.
  6. Next to “Auto Message”, make sure that the switch is turned on, i.e. with its knob or handle at the right.
  7. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  8. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  9. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. There are many apps on the app store which claim to boost performance, free up space, save battery, or optimize the RAM of your device. However, these apps interfere with other apps, like “Auto Message”, and prevent them from working correctly.
  2. If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “Auto Message”.
  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
