Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “Auto Message” on Android 10?


  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.
  2. Choose “More”.
  3. Choose “Battery”.
  4. Choose “Power saving mode”.
  5. Change this to “Off”.
  6. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  7. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  8. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.
  2. Choose “Power saving management”.
  3. Choose “Auto Message” from the list of apps.
  4. Change this to “Off”.
  5. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  6. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  7. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.
  2. Choose “Power saving manager”.
  3. Choose “Whitelist”.
  4. Choose “Auto Message” from the list of apps.
  5. Change this to “On”.
  6. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  7. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  8. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. Open the “Settings” of your device.
  2. At the top, select “All settings”.
  3. Choose “Power manager”.
  4. Choose “Power management for apps”.
  5. Choose “Auto Message” from the list of apps.
  6. Next to “Disallow autostart”, “Allow screen-lock cleaning” and “Allow deep sleep”, make sure that the switch is turned off, i.e. with its knob or handle at the left.
  7. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  8. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  9. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  2. At the top, select “All settings”.
  3. Choose “Power manager”.
  4. Next to “Smart power-save” and “Ultra Power Saving Mode”, make sure that the switches are turned off, i.e. with their knobs or handles at the left.
  5. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  6. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  7. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  2. Choose “Auto-start application list”.
  3. Choose “Auto Message” from the list of apps.
  4. Change this to “On”.
  5. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  6. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  7. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. Open “Palm Manager” on your device.
  2. Choose “Cleanup acceleration settings”.
  3. Choose “Auto Message” from the list of apps.
  4. Add the app to the “Protection whitelist”.
  5. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  6. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  7. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. Open “Palm Manager” on your device.
  2. Choose “Settings”.
  3. Choose “Lock-screen automatic cleaning”.
  4. Change this to “Off”.
  5. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
  6. Open “Auto Message” on your device.
  7. Leave by pressing ○ (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

  1. There are many apps on the app store which claim to boost performance, free up space, save battery, or optimize the RAM of your device. However, these apps interfere with other apps, like “Auto Message”, and prevent them from working correctly.
  2. If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “Auto Message”.
  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
