+ Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Your email address
- Your first name and last name
- Cookies and Usage Data
- Third-party data,
- Mobile device data
+ Auto Message App Data
If you use Local Task of the Auto Message app, we do not collect any data of the task (including Task logs).
If you use Cloud Task, all data of the task will be saved to our server. Cloud Task is designed for backup, mirgration and syncing purpose.
Cloud task data:
- General infomation (Title, description, ...)
- Setting infomation (Condition data, Trigger data,... )
- Participant list (emails or phone numbers that user provided by typing in the task)
- Task logs: Activity logs of the task, a written record of when and how the task run in user's device (these logs may contain participant list).
User can easily delete Cloud Tasks anytime they want. When Cloud Task is deleted, all Cloud Task data will be deleted immediately and permanently.
NOTE: from version 2.8620 onwards, task logs are always local data (even if you are using cloud tasks). So these logs are absolutely private data and only available in your device.
SMS messages and call logs data: Auto Message uses SMS & Call logs Permissions to send automated SMS messages on the user’s behalf, and it will be only used for this purpose. Your SMS messages and call logs data is ever collected or shared through this permission.
+ Usage Data
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").
+ Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

If you are located outside Viet Nam and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Viet Nam and process it there.

Auto Message will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

+ Security Of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
+ Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Use of SMS or Call Log permission groups
Auto Message does not send any SMS message without user prior consent. Based on one or more conditions (triggers) set by the user, this app uses SMS or Call Log permissions to send automated SMS messages on the user’s behalf, and it will be only used for this purpose. Therefore, sending text messages is completely driven by the user.
Details on use SMS or Call Log permission groups:
- SMS permission (READ_SMS, SEND_SMS, RECEIVE_SMS)
Used to receive SMS, filter SMS (base on conditions in auto-reply SMS tasks). And then send / forward / reply the corresponding SMS on the user’s behalf.
- Read call log permission (READ_CALL_LOG)
Used to identify missed calls and end calls. In order to reply to missed calls and end calls, this permission is required.
This app support user send SMS automatically based on one or more set conditions (triggers) by the user.
This app only store the conditions (triggers) that user defined before.
Each message that user send through the app IS NOT store anything of these messages.
Accessibility
The Auto Message accessibility service is used to send WhatsApp messages automatically. And it will be ONLY used for this purpose.
The Auto Message accessibility service will NOT collect or share any information from you during your use of or access to the service.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are
commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are
sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and
are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly.
However, the app may use third party code and libraries that
use “cookies” to collect information and improve their
services. You have the option to either accept or refuse
these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your
device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be
able to use some portions of this Service.
Service Providers
I may employ third-party companies
and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
